We met James Tulloch a year ago when we enquired about buying a house in the Pyrenees Orientale. He showed us 2 properties after our brief. The second was perfect and we made an offer the next day. Over the following months James was always at our side during this exciting, but scary and daunting process. He answered all of our questions as well as many others that we hadn't thought of. He also introduced us to many useful agencies and people so that the whole process ran smoothly, from money exchange, French banks, home insurance to builders, electricians. He also went way beyond his role to ensure personally that the house was cleared and cleaned to the agreement. And even now after 6 months he still answers the odd question that we might have. I cannot recommend Leggetts enough. In particular James Tulloch. And if you ever visit the Pyrenees Orientale to buy a house then you might be lucky enough to meet him.

The company’s agent was very professional, he gave us a very good range of properties to view. He listened to our requirements and property specifications. Excellent communication and support throughout the process. Great service wonderful team we have nothing but positive reviews for them. We have been very impressed , we will be using this service again in the future to sell another existing property.
