Later she was helping with the assignment of the French Notary work up to keeping the keys for us finally. Leggetts documentation and process is well conceived and impressive. The marketing provided a far reaching scope , better than any other immobilier we had investigated. The appointment of Alain Montel, was quick and over several months he has shown a high standard of professional attitude to the process of sale. The result in our house sale was 5 possible buyers from a range of different European countries and one of them eventually purchased. Alain was a very helpful guide in interpreting French expectations during the process e.g. diagnostics, contracts e.t.c. The only downside for us, was that we both experienced some difficulty on the occasions we were asked to use digital signatures ! We feel this process could be improved given that our experience of digital signatures with Lumon. (our broker), was straightforward. Right down to the last day of sale, Alain kept his cool when he had some difficulty with keys and locks !

Every aspect of our property search and eventual purchase was handled brilliantly. Willem and Bianca were fantastic dealing with all our questions quickly and efficiently, we would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property in France.
