I first heard about Vahe Pekmez in an expat Facebook group, where someone raved about their experience buying a home in Nice with his help. From the very first email, Vahe was warm, professional, and genuinely invested in helping us. By the time we met in person, he already felt like someone we could trust completely.
He went above and beyond — fitting us into his schedule on short notice, patiently showing us properties, and guiding us through the sometimes overwhelming French buying process. Thanks to him, we found the property of our dreams in such a short amount of time!

Outstanding service that exceeded our expectations!
We bought from Leggetts 10 years ago and had a fabulous agent, Joanna Davies, we sold 10 years later in July and was pleased to be able to use Joanna to sell our home. It sold quickly and Joanna set the house up for each viewing. A smooth transaction which happened in less than 5 weeks.
