Both Andrew Guck and Laura Chereau were spontaneous in their communications and understanding of our needs. While Andrew was the listing agent and was available if needed, Laura went above and beyond the scope of what we come to expect of a realtor here in the US. While the time difference between our two locations was quite large, she made the effort and time in contacting and messaging us at convenient times to our needs. When asked, she would make trips to the physical locations, not only to research items at our request, but for video conferences, investigate costs and fees, and to act as though she was purchasing a property herself, on our behalf. Their commitment to our needs made the transaction seamless, with us having more issues with money transfer companies, banks, and regulators. We were able to make a decision on our choice based on their presentations alone, finding that we loved the property even more after we had already committed to the purchase. We hope that both Andrew and Laura remain as acquaintances of ours for years to come.
