Provide a Holistic approach in selling your home
Although we had a bumpy ride with previous agents, the most recent agent has been amazing and so helpful as well as being accommodating. The paperwork required has nevertheless been overwhelming but I put this down to French bureaucratie rather than an issue with Leggett!
The actual sale transaction with the notaire went smoothly and pleased with the entire process.

Rita Bryan makes possible the improbable
We had been looking for a French property for 2 years. When we met Rita Bryan a few months ago, the unlikely began to look possible. I knew that she would be there for us from search to signing, and beyond. And I was right: she was the first agent to really listen to our likes and dislikes, and show us a range of possibilities, including houses we would not previously have considered. Highly recommended for sales care.
The property was a difficult sale as a number of agents had stated. It has taken a long period of time to find the right buyer but our agent Charlotte kept us informed during the process, ensuring we were also fully updated after any viewings. When an offer was accepted Charlotte was fully involved assisting us with obtaining all necessary reports and utilised local enterprises for this. This included attending with them to help with communication.
