All round excellence!
We made contact with Leggett Immoblier as we wanted to come to France from the UK to view a property they were marketing. Tuyen responded to our enquiry and was immediately very helpful. She agreed to meet us at the property on a Saturday afternoon and initially we were a little uncertain as it was the first French property we had ever viewed and the process felt a little daunting. We need not have worried! Tuyen was such a pleasure to deal with, providing us with a wealth of information not only about the property but the buying process, the local town and surrounding area and of other services we might find helpful, such as a currency broker. We loved the house and with Tuyen’s help were able to agree a price with the seller. From this point we were constantly updated on progress by Tuyen both by email, but also through regular phone calls in person which helped enormously. There wasn’t a single stage of the process where we felt unsure, despite this being our first experience of buying a property outside the UK. We literally can’t thank Tuyen enough, she’s a superstar!!
