We love Nathalie Wolf!
Nathalie has been amazing throughout this whole process and I know it has not been easy. She has communicated well and has been very professional. She has really gone above and beyond for us and we are so grateful to her. We are based in the US so it’s very challenging to buy abroad from so far away. We felt always that she was fighting for us. She also helped us set up our bank account, utilities and WiFi which would’ve been so challenging otherwise. I would highly recommend Nathalie and the whole Leggett team.

Excellent service from the agent but poor performance from the legal department
Nathalie Wolf went above and beyond the call of duty -she did a huge amount of work on my behalf. My only complaint would be that in the short periods she was absent or unavailable, there didn’t appear to be anyone else I could speak to.
My one big complaint is with the paperwork. I pointed out that the draft compromis did not mention the deposit. I then mentioned it again when the final version appeared -still no mention of a deposit. In my view that is poor as the purchaser had no “skin in the game” and I did not believe that efforts would be made to secure that deposit if she had defaulted. It has already been acknowledged that this was an error on your administrative teams part.

Excellent agent made all the difference !
We were very lucky to have Stephanie as our agent for the second time. She is an excellent communicator, talks you through the process at every step of the way and we felt 100 percent confident in her at all times.
