In all honesty we had always been a little wary of using Leggett's because of it being so ex-pat focused; however the standard of service provided by our agent Mariska and the admin team has been brilliant. The worldwide advertising meant we had an offer from our first viewing within days of our property going live. We encountered a few delays during the sales process but this was always communicated and actions taken to resolve the situation. I have gone on to recommend Mariska to a couple of friends and will continue to do so, she is a credit to the agency.

Our agent, Tamasin Wagstaffe was absolutely wonderful in processing our sale and went out of the way to help with things beyond our control due to the fact we could only make one visit to the house prior to the sale. Selling our property in France was made very straight forward and easy by Jane Healey. She went over and above her job in our view. And she ensured that everything was done at each step. From the very first meeting, to taking the photographs and writing up the description, to overseeing the surveys, communications with the buyers, ourselves, the contracts department, the notaire, Jane was there ensuring that everything went smoothly - which it did. We cannot believe how easy she made things and it was reassuring to know that Jane was on the ground sorting everything out as we were remote from the location of the property.
