Was unsure as Leggett seem to have a bit of a stranglehold on British buyers BUT our particular Immoblier is fabulous, so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely nice. She kept the whole purchase moving along ( there were a few hold ups due to legal hoops to jump through) and helped us with any queries , replying when really she should have been putting her feet up!

We met James Tulloch a year ago when we enquired about buying a house in the Pyrenees Orientale. He showed us 2 properties after our brief. The second was perfect and we made an offer the next day. Over the following months James was always at our side during this exciting, but scary and daunting process. He answered all of our questions as well as many others that we hadn't thought of. The company’s agent was very professional, he gave us a very good range of properties to view. He listened to our requirements and property specifications. Excellent communication and support throughout the process. Great service wonderful team we have nothing but positive reviews for them. We have been very impressed , we will be using this service again in the future to sell another existing property.

From the start till the end we had one smooth proces with continuous interaction between us and the agent (Della). All information was available and all in all a pleasant experience. Now we are renovating our dream house.
