The handling of the sale of our property was handled in excellent fashion from start to finish. The agent was attentive, patient and communicative. Her professionalism was evident at all stages from the initial valuation to the completion of the sale. Additionally she attended to several matters which I would not have expected to be part of her remit.

Having moved overseas, on assignments, several times before, we know about many of the pitfalls, but this was our first permanent overseas relocation and we could not have negotiated the purchase as "smoothly" as we did without Caroline's (Leggett) help.
She was a star from start to finish and, even now, is still helping with finding trades people, setting up services and navigating the day-to-day challenges that starting a new life in a foreign country brings.

We have been trying to sell our apartment for a while, but we're delighted to say that, through the consistent efforts of our agent the sale has now been completed. We have been very pleased with the level of communication throughout. We struggle to understand the French system but our agent has smoothed things over for us, particularly the Notaire side of things. It would have been so difficult for us to keep up with this!
