Friendly professional service throughout

Awkward estate sale
When my relative sadly passed away in France I needed someone to help guide me through the whole selling process as I live in the UK.
Leggett and especially Darren Bries did this with great care and made the experience very easy, from documents to even helping to keep the place tidy whilst it was on the market, nothing was too much trouble for Darren and I can only thank him for his help during this tough time.

Wonderful Property Purchasing Experience
Our agent, Pamela Vidal, was so helpful and professional from the beginning of our property search on line in the UK, to our subsequent visits to France to view properties and then finalise paperwork etc. The purchasing process was explained clearly, and everything we were told would happen actually did! Upon completion Pamela has been on hand to help with things like broadband and utilities etc.

A Dummies Guide needed
The marketing of my property went well, but thereafter the process did not meet my expectations. In short, I needed a dummies guide to selling a property in France, but instead I faced constant demands for information and documentation without understanding why it was needed. This was stressful and caused tension with the agent. A checklist of what needs to be done, and whose responsibility it was (and bearing in mind I was domiciled in the UK), would have been very helpful.
