Excellent, professional service!
Having had such a good experience when buying our French property we had no hesitation in contacting Leggett when it was time to sell. As with our original purchase, we found our area agent, Cheryl Hines, to be professional, efficient, knowledgeable of the area and the market at the time of our sale. Nothing was too much trouble and even though the sale took longer than we expected, Cheryl kept regular contact and always answered any queries that we had quickly and efficiently. We will have no hesitation in recommending Leggett to friends and family.

Het aanbod van woningen is goed en van een hoge kwaliteit
het proces van het kopen van een huis in Frankrijk is zeer tijdrovend, nadat er overeenstemming over de prijs is duurt alles vervolgens nog 9 maanden. Erg onbevredigend, naar mijn mening kan een makelaar hier meer invloed op uitoefenen

we got there eventually
we had 3 different agents over the time of selling our house, the first one let us down by leaving the country and not informing us, the second one had not got a clue what he was doing but the third came up trumps and worked hard under difficult circumstances and was prompt friendly and very efficient, a pleasure to to work with.

Brittany house sale
The most important part of the service is for them to find a buyer. In that respect i have no complaint as after being let done by buyers Jodie always found another buyer quickly. The second most important role is communication and at times i found this very frustrating Despite sending the same message on different platforms it would take days to get a reply and sometimes no reply was received.
