Ben and Vikki Shinn were very helpful in negotiating a sale of our apartment. One sale fell through shortly before expected completion but Ben soon arranged a new and better purchase offer. If Ben was not around then Vikki was quick to step in with information and advice. They were responsive, personable, friendly and easy to deal with especially being English was a great help to us. It must be remembered they are agents not lawyers. Although Ben tried to give advice on the documents we as sellers are required to produce (and there are a great many) they could not describe all the notaire's requirements. The procedure for sale is quite bureaucratic. It might be a good idea for Leggett to prepare a check list of required documents for presentation to clients upon accepting instructions to proceed. Also Leggett's charges based on a percentage of sale proceeds are surprisingly high when compared with English agents but we expect they are inline with other French agents.

Andrew Morgan could not have been more helpful in the recent sale of my property we acheived a high price without complications the whole process was smooth and also his suggestions regarding things outside his scope like moving companies helping me with all the things required when selling a property tying up all loose ends were immaculate. I would recommend Andrew and Leggett and without hesitation.
