Trust-worthy, efficient & charming professional.

Mme Locatelli was very efficient in handling the negotiations with the owner for the purchase of my flat, at a price below the listed amount. She also took the time needed to regularize the installation of an AC that the seller had made without official administrative clearance of the « co-proprietaires » of the
buildîng by obtaining consent from all four co-owners of the building. She also found a company to give me a cost estimate for the renovation works needed for me to apply for a housing loan. Mme Locatelli was also most helpful in obtaining documents required by my notaire to finalise the legal and administrative purchase documents. She patiently explained to me the particularities of property transactions in France. I recommend her highly for clients seeking to sell or purchase property In Reims, including foreign nationals.
