I do not live in France and needed to sell a property remotely. Throughout, Suzanne was professional, an excellent communicator with a deep knowledge of the local estate market, she gave helpful advice and went above and beyond what a person expects of an estate agent.

Suzanne was great to work with on this sale. She gave great advice on how to present the flat at its best to prospective buyers. Once we had started the process she was always on hand for any issues. She had a wealth of knowledge of local suppliers who could help with any issues that came up. I had total confidence and trust in her throughout the whole process. Over the years I’ve worked with quite a few estate agents and immobillier. Suzanne is at the top of the scale from my experience.

Suzanne was the best immobilier we have ever engaged, whether in the UK or France. She gave good advice from the off on how to present our apartment for sale. We followed her guidance and completed the sale in 4 months (which could have been quicker if we had not suffered a water leak on the way). We had a few offers and were satisfied with the price achieved. Suzanne’s knowledge of the market , rapid responses and pragmatic approach helped make a potentially stressful process far more comfortable.
