Maia was excellent, and truly went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction. Maia is extremely approachable and responsive to messages, which was a bonus as we live in England . She kept us updated on viewings, and the sale once we had secured a buyer.We cannot thank her enough for the support she gave throughout. I would recommend Maia 100 per cent to anyone who wishes to sell their property.

Maia Malpas gave us an excellent service. We had tried another agent first and were not pleased with that service. We are so glad that we then found Maia. From the start she was professional and efficient and helped us through each part of the process. The house sold quickly and she helped us at each stage.

Maia m'a aidé dans un premier temps à choisir une propriété adaptée à mes besoins, puis m'a accompagné tout au long du processus d'achat. Elle a assisté aux réunions avec les notaires et a organisé le service de traduction afin que je sois toujours pleinement informé du déroulement des débats. Maia était la lubrification du système. Maia a été très travailleuse et professionnelle avec elle lors de notre récent achat de maison à Guilliers. Elle a fait un travail formidable en coordonnant toutes les complexités liées à l'achat d'une maison en France tout en vivant aux États-Unis. Maia a tout fait pour que le processus se déroule si bien. Elle a même beaucoup aidé après la vente en répondant à des questions sur la région et les entrepreneurs locaux.
