Sandra Hall greatly exceeded our expectations
We really have no problems with all our contact with Sandra. Her buyer/seller mediation and negotiation was timely, diplomatic, proactive, and friendly. We found her technical knowledge extensive, and her ability to apply it to problems that inevitably arose made what is, at best, a stressful experience, very much easier. We are poor French speakers and she has helped us converse with an only French speaking seller, the Notaire, various Government agencies, utility companies and tradesmen, both before and after completion. We rate her highly.

Sale of House in France
The sale of our house from start to finish has been dealt with in a professional, responsive and seen through in a manner that can only be described as, a focused customer base. The agent, Nakul went above and beyond to help us, kept us informed at all stages, even assisting with the Notaire issues, who I must say was slightly incompetent. Nakul was professional throughout all this and was a nice guy to speak too and work with on this.
He is an asset to the business.

Helpful agent
Ours was not a straight forward purchase as there were several vendors and they were a little slow in moving the process forwards with their understanding of what was required and their ability to provide the necessary information.
However, our agent pursevered and the sale was brought to a satisfactory conclusion. Thank you.

Above and beyond service
Christine Theze has been absolutely amazing. Our purchasers were very difficult, trying to negotiate money off for this that and the next, right up to the final sale. The notaire's assistant kept giving conflicting instructions, making life doubly difficult. Christine kept us in the loop the whole time and smoothed things as far as possible, as well as doing the final services readings and transfers. We were both on Valium. She deserves a knighthood/sainthood/medaille legion d'honeur!
