Brittany house sale
The most important part of the service is for them to find a buyer. In that respect i have no complaint as after being let done by buyers Jodie always found another buyer quickly. The second most important role is communication and at times i found this very frustrating Despite sending the same message on different platforms it would take days to get a reply and sometimes no reply was received.

I would like to express my greatest thanks to your agent Kirsty Clarke who gave fantastic help, guidance and advice throughout the selling process of my French property. Kirsty exceeded expectations and never gave up, and worked with the Notaire to resolve any issues. Kirsty gave timely updates so that I was always informed and up-to-date. Thanks to Kirsty, I never needed to deal with the sale process, Kirsty managed the whole thing from start to finish, and met with the Notaire, the buyer and various government Inspectors and contractors to ensure all the surveys and pre-requisites were completed on time without the need for me to get involved or to make the trip from the UK (which is a blessing as I do not speak French). I am most appreciated of all her efforts to ensure a very smooth sale, which included her numerous trips she made to the property and government departments. I could not have done it. I received the money from the Notaire just 1 week after completion. Thank goodness for Kirsty, she is exceptional, thorough, knowledgeable and missed nothing, all details were captured and dealt with professionally and promptly. I thoroughly recommend Kirsty who deserves more than her commission. She is a great asset to Leggett. An exceptional, talented and hard working young lady. Excellent qualité de service partout
Michelle Warner nous a accueilli de façon professionnel et ouvert. Elle nous a accompagnés à chaque étape toujours contente d’expliquer les minutiae et en faisant cela elle a montré son expertise. Michelle nous a rassurés pendant les visites à la propriété, chez le notaire et comme lien au vendeurs. A toute heure du soir elle a pris le temps de répondre à nos questions et de nous tenir bien informés des nouvelles qui se développaient.

Exceptional
Yacine has been the best estate agent I have ever used on two continents. He listened to what I needed. He found me what I wanted. The sale of the apartment had many issues on the seller side. The seller agent did little to remedy them. Yacine took care of all the issues despite them not being his problem. He always had my best interest in mind and went above and beyond to help in any way he could. After the sale he is still helping me navigate things I need. I would highly recommend Yacine as your agent.

Our expereince with Leggett has been and continues to be a most helpful, informative and life changing experience, with help from your agents we have found are ideal corner of France. By chance we happened to find an area which has comunnity of expats, Dutch & Belgian and many other nationaltities all with really helpful advice about navigating the French system.
We are looking forward to immersing ourselves in the way of life, culture overe in France, especially as we have obtained our 12 month visa.
