Made the process easy!
Kristen made everything so easy for me as an American buying overseas. From arranging virtual calls with the notaire to helping me set up my utilities and having a house manager help set up my Internet, it was a seamless process. 10/10 would highly recommend - especially if you are a native English speaker. Kristen speaks English and French, which was great since there were so many French documents that I didn’t fully understand.

Professional, helpful, and friendly
Kristin and Marc have been incredibly helpful, very professional and truly friendly. They’ve been highly engaged and supportive with us as buyers along the entire process with finding a notary and guiding us through the specifics of the contracts through to the very last steps and even after the purchase. They even helped with getting a quote for the installation of AC in the apartment.
They’ve gone above and beyond to make sure that all parties remained happy during what can be a complex process in France, especially when French is not your first language.
