Starting with the photographs and videos which were excellent and really showed the full potential of the house. Declan and Shirley McCann during there first visit thought the house would be ideal for a Belgian couple that they had been showing various properties in Brittany and after diagnostic report was completed the couple visited and put in an offer a few days later. They are now happily living in the house and setting up a pottery business.

We really have no problems with all our contact with Sandra. Her buyer/seller mediation and negotiation was timely, diplomatic, proactive, and friendly. We found her technical knowledge extensive, and her ability to apply it to problems that inevitably arose made what is, at best, a stressful experience, very much easier. We are poor French speakers and she has helped us converse with an only French speaking seller, the Notaire, various Government agencies, utility companies and tradesmen, both before and after completion. We rate her highly.
