From start to finish we could not have asked for more with our property sale. The pre-marketing advice, approach and professionalism from our agent Andrew Morgan, was second to none. His local knowledge and connections were critical to our transaction completing smoothly - he went above and beyond to help find paperwork from the renovations we had done; liaised with the notaires; and provided recommendations for companies specialising in capital gains tax and currency transfers. We know that the reason our sale went through seamlessly was down to what Andrew was doing in the background and his help and expertise in navigating the french conveyancing process was very reassuring. I would not use them again. Unpleasant, unhelpful staff who seemed to me to be working for the purchaser more than me. I did not think that they acted in my best interests. Did nothing to help close the transaction. Merely got in the way. I had to just push it through myself.
