Lucy is very competent and helpful she will go that extra mile to make sure everything is correct and she has a good sense of humor which is very unusual in France. I would give her 10 out of 10 for all the effort she has put in to the sale of my house. She is a wonderful woman and a credit to any company she works for. Fantastic

Lucy is amazing and should get far more of the 5,000 euros I have paid you as you have done nothing! I think you need to reevaluate the role your agents play and give them far more than 40% (I think that is what they get roughly) as the only part you have played is placing the original advert on leboncoin website and giving her your license to act as an estate agent! If I am honest I would be happy today 5,000 euros if I knew Lucy was getting the larger portion, but your company is just plain greedy!
