I have known Penelope for four months. I recommend her wholeheartedly for her professional aptitude and flair as well as for her personal qualities.
Penelope's contribution has been invaluable: she looked for apartments that suited my requirements and needs, refining her understanding of my desires very quickly; I am over the moon with the apartment I bought, one that I would have overlooked had I been looking on my own. She has also been a trusted intermediary between myself and other real estate agents as well as tradespeople. Having lived and been brought up in the Gard, she can be relied upon to have extensive knowledge and experience of real estate matters.
I have felt very well supported in looking for a home in the country in which I had not lived for 50 years, in a region I was completely unfamilar with, thereby considerably lessening my anxiety.
Penelope's personality is delightful: she is not only extremely hard-working, but also very easy to relate to, genuinely interested in her clients and in meeting their needs, answers queries very promptly and she is happy to be helpful in ways that exceed the remit of her job.
Penelope has been a gem, an extremely competent and very kind person, and i am immensely grateful to her
