We recently purchased an appartement in Menton, and Monica was the seller's agent. From the moment of first contact and continuing now after the sale is complete, she's always been responsive, competent, diligent, helpful, creative and very patient. We are not French, don't speak the language, are located outside of France, and don't have any experience with French real estate formalities. Monica took care of everything - finding a notary, arranging for remote signing with a Power of Attorney and an interpreter, negotiating with the seller and advising on small details for a smooth handover. We feel that through the whole process Monica was honest, transparent, and fair. We look forward to continued collaboration with her post-sale and highly recommend her to others.
