Inconsistent
We can only comment on the agent who handled the sale of our property. Initially things were good, however once an offer was made, our impression was that she was only working for the buyers and not us. We were accused of saying things that we had never said. We felt railroaded on more than one occasion. The agent sent us documents for signature concerning agreements on matters we had no knowledge of (e.g. second letter of intent to purchase that we had not been informed was coming and had not agreed to). Overall, we felt unhappy with the service provided. Due to the agent, the whole process was far more stressful than it should have been.
